The premium super king high floor offered a NICE view of the area. Breakfast included a REALLY good choice of food each morning. The room heating worked perfectly. I appreciated the MASSIVE car park. It made arrival and departure seamless.
The lifts experienced some delays.

The hotel location provides easy access to the Ovo Hydro concert venue. It is very convenient. This hotel provides a VERY accessible spot, beneficial for attending events or exploring local attractions, without extensive travel. The surrounding area is quite accessible, offering several options for leisure and entertainment.

The staff throughout the hotel were quite friendly and helpful. I received great service at the bar from Erin and Mohammad Rex's team. All hotel personnel took pride in their work, ensuring a PLEASANT and professional environment. I thank everyone for the warm experience.

The restaurant offered excellent meal choices and a SUPERB breakfast. There was a good selection for breakfast. The option to book a table in the bar for after a concert proved convenient. The restaurant food was lovely.

The room had a fridge , I found it useful.
I found the add-on charges excessive , guest parking cost £12 per night. Umbrella hire also had a charge. Food had to be collected , it was not delivered as a real room service should be.

the hotel offered a large car park. it was connected to the armadillo and next to the ovo hydro arena. the breakfast had many choices and the restaurant was comfortable! i also had dinner at the hotel, it was filling and tasty.
the pool area felt terrible, and it was in desperate need of repair. i had hoped to relax in this area, but it was so grim i only visited once and stayed a short while. the hot tub was far too hot, there was litter around the edge of the pool. the changing rooms were filthy.
